Q: Who can get involved?
A: Any woman who isn't afraid to lift. Simple at that.
Q: Is this only for physique competitors and Crossfitters?
A: Absolutely not. We definitely want physique competitors and Crossfitters to get involve, but we will highlighting different women from all kinds of backgrounds (pro wrestling, basketball, cheerleading, softball, dance, MMA, weekend warriors, etc.)
Q: Are you on social media?
A: Yes, we currently have Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Q: Do you have YouTube?
A: We currently don't but may add it in the future
Q: Are we allowed to send nudes?
A: NO!! We want to be as family-friendly as possible. There might a big of language thrown here or there, but we will keep it to a minimum.
Q: If we send you anything, where will it show up at?
A: All photos will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram accounts and we'll repost them on Twitter. Interviews on this site will be posted on Facebook and Twitter.
Q: How do you do your interviews?
A: Currently, we do email interviews. We send you questions and you give us your best response to said questions.
Q: What's the best way to contact you if we have any additional questions, comments, or concerns pertaining to Embrace the Weights?
A: Best way is to email us at embracetheweights@gmail.com. All emails will be answered withing a 24-36 hour span (we want to say much earlier, but we are putting that span in the event something goes wrong for your sake and ours)
